1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product differs significantly from its description or listing

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 calendar days of product delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, spiritual sanctity, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn Tulsi Mala, Rudraksha, or similar items
  • Opened or used Pooja Samagri, oils, incense, etc.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage

3. Return Process

Step-by-step:

  1. Email us with Order ID, reason, and evidence within 7 days
  2. Our team will verify the issue and authorize return if valid
  3. We’ll schedule reverse pickup (if available in your PIN code) or guide you to ship the item to our return address
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Approved returned product (damaged/wrong/defective)
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address, returned by courier (with shipping fee deducted)
  • Order cancellation before shipment

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days after return approval or order cancellation.

In some cases, a deduction of up to 12% may apply (for payment gateway or shipping cost recovery).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • To cancel, email us at info@haribolmart.com with your Order ID
  • After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item (if allowed) and place a new order.
