At HariBolMart, we are committed to delivering your sacred and spiritual items safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During high-demand periods or festivals, there may be slight delays.
  • You will receive email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services such as:

  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Blue Dart, and other regionally efficient logistics partners.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Please note: Delays caused by courier agencies, weather, natural calamities, or strikes are beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee is applied during checkout (usually ₹70–₹105 depending on location and weight).

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link /number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

7. Failed Delivery & Refunds

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailable at the address
  • Door locked or delivery refused

Then:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery based on their policy
  • If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping charges and any return shipping cost (if applicable)
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned parcel
  • No replacement or re-dispatch will be made automatically—you will need to place a new order

8. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it from the delivery agent. Take photos and notify us immediately at info@haribolmart.com or +91-9999202565 within 24 hours.

9. Festival or High Volume Delays

During peak spiritual seasons, Ekadashi, Diwali, or Janmashtami, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please order early during such periods.
