1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product was damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product differs significantly from its description or listing
To be eligible for a return:
- You must raise a return request within 7 calendar days of product delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, spiritual sanctity, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn Tulsi Mala, Rudraksha, or similar items
- Opened or used Pooja Samagri, oils, incense, etc.
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
3. Return Process
Step-by-step:
- Email us with Order ID, reason, and evidence within 7 days
- Our team will verify the issue and authorize return if valid
- We’ll schedule reverse pickup (if available in your PIN code) or guide you to ship the item to our return address
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Approved returned product (damaged/wrong/defective)
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address, returned by courier (with shipping fee deducted)
- Order cancellation before shipment
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days after return approval or order cancellation.
In some cases, a deduction of up to 12% may apply (for payment gateway or shipping cost recovery).
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

- After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item (if allowed) and place a new order.
