Shipping policy

At HariBol Mart, we are committed to delivering your spiritual products with care, speed, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders to ensure a smooth experience.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 02:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
  • Currently, international shipping is unavailable.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 working days

Note: Customised or handmade products may require an additional 2–4 working days.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applicable on orders below ₹999.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We use trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • XpressBees
  • Amazon
  • India Post (for remote areas)

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via SMS and/or email within 24–48 hours after dispatch. Customers can track their orders in real-time. If tracking details are not received, please contact our support team.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability. Separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment. No additional shipping charges will be applied for split deliveries.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected PIN codes only.
  • Additional COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders may be confirmed via OTP or phone call before dispatch.

Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
    the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. HariBol Mart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volume during festivals (e.g., Holi, Navratri, Diwali)
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns, War
  • We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.

Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse delivery.
  • Contact us immediately with your Order ID and proof (photos/videos).
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours. We will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution.
