Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Once an order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cancellation Refunds

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

HariBol Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Technical or pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery or logistics limitations

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you may request a replacement or refund.

Eligible Conditions

Replacement or refund requests are accepted only if:

  • The item received is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • Items are missing from the package

Reporting Timeline

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Claims raised after the reporting period may be difficult to verify and may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Return Shipping & Exchange Fees

  • If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is delivered, HariBol Mart will bear the replacement shipping cost.
  • For exchange requests due to personal preference, incorrect selection, or size-related concerns, an exchange handling fee may apply.
  • The applicable exchange fee, if any, will be communicated by our support team based on the product and delivery location.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and spiritual sanctity reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

Natural spiritual products such as Tulsi, Rudraksha, sandalwood, gemstones, and handcrafted devotional items may have slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, or
  • A refund/store credit may be issued depending on product availability and case evaluation.

HariBol Mart may request additional information before approving any claim.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Store credit

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery Concerns

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
